Classic shapes

All our wedding canopies begin with simple, classic shapes: the square, the rectangle, the long narrow band. We design our chuppahs to be clean and modern in style, but also timeless.

Each canopy uses two or more colors of fabric, pieced together with care and attention to the tiniest finishing details. With their simple elegance and beautiful fabric textures, they are lovely enough to be used just as they are. However for those who prefer more decoration, we offer many beautiful ways to personalize our classic chuppahs, including hand-embroidery, handmade silk and ribbon flowers, beading and ribbon trim—plus great ideas for including your own keepsakes and heirlooms.

Pure simplicity. A smooth expanse of silk is neatly edged with a band of complimentary color. Keep it simple with just your names embroidered at the edge, or indulge your shabby chic side with rambling sprays of vintage-style silk flowers.

A wide silk frame surrounds a center panel, with a neat band of contrasting color for crispness. Perfect for those who love a tailored look, and anyone who can't pick just one favorite color. Beautiful with plain edges, extra-elegant with an added valence.

Vintage charm in solid silk with crossed bands of appliquéd ribbon. In winter, velvet ribbon adds depth and richness; soft satin and preppy grosgain are perfect accents all year round. Adorable with ribbon-trimmed valences and masses of flowering branches.

Tradition with a modern edge. A rectangular design with layered bands of color at each end, reminiscent of a prayer shawl. Choose traditional blues, or make a new tradition with unexpected color. Linear bands are ideal for text, while the center is a perfect place for a wreath of flowers, or a star outlined in pearls.

An extra-long stretch of glowing silk, designed to be hung from points along the sides for a graceful, swagged appearance. Stunning hung from the rafters in a soaring space, it's the perfect canvas for big ideas—whether it's five generations of family photos or one special item for each year you've been together.

A chuppah in two pieces, designed to be easy to display after the wedding. A simple silk canopy supports a richly decorated, detachable center panel. The panel is a beautiful keepsake for the bride and groom, while the canopy can be saved for the next couple to say "I do!"

Crisply tailored silk valences are a lovely traditional touch, and bring an extra feeling of intimacy to the space under the chuppah. Valences pair beautifully with most canopy designs. Keep them simple with a stylish contrast edging, or choose lively decoration for a festive nod to tradition.
